Absinthe is great by itself, with water and sugar, and mixed in cocktails. This section will be for any recipes we find online, create ourselves, or recipes that you send in through our 'contact us' tab.
After a couple of months of experimenting, we have come up with some pretty great drinks. Out top seller is now the "French Kiss". This is a mix of equal parts of Swiss absinthe and raspberry liqueur. The mix is then placed under the fountain for the drip of ice water over the sugar cube.
The Ginger Fairy is also very popular. It is a mix of 2 parts absinthe, 1 part Canton ginger liqueur, and ginger ale served tall over ice.
Our most popular traditional absinthes are Jade Nouvelle Orleans, Leopold Brothers, and La Clandestine.
As far as shots go, the Dead Man Walking is tops at the Fairy. It is a mix of Kubler and Goldschlagger shaken over ice, and then strained in to shot glasses.
Please keep the ideas flowing, and we hope to see you in the Fairy soon.
